Resume

The problems of efficiency of budget funds use in the construction industry are examined. The reasons of the suspension of infrastructural objects and the growth of construction in progress are defined. Factors of negative impact are analyzed and some directions of improvement of budgetary mechanism of public funds use and achievement of the best result indicators are proposed.
