ResumeThe main features of the market of meat products of Luhansk region are classified and methodical aspects of marketing research are proved: definition of a method of customers survey; formulation of questions and versions of responses; calculation of volume of cumulative selection. Results of the carried-out questionnaires of consumers of meat products in the regional center, the cities of regional submission and industrial and agrarian administrative-territorial districts of the region are analyzed. On the basis of the revealed consumers preferences the measures for improvement of marketing activity and optimization of production and commercial process of producers of meat-processing industry are offered.
