Resume

The expediency of development explicit rule of monetary policy for the economy of Ukraine is substantiated. The stages of its development are investigated, the expediency of formation of monetary rules for money aggregates is proved, the assessment of equilibrium values of the rule’s parameters is conducted on the basis of the modified Hodrick-Prescott filter usage, the possible parameters of the monetary rule are identified as well as its coefficients are measured through the multivariate regression models development.
