Research of investment potential of nongovernmental pension funds in Ukraine, preconditions and factors of its formation are conducted. The forecast of indicators which it characterize is developed, and the estimation of prospects of nongovernmental pension funds investment potential growth in Ukraine is developed, taking into account features of the postcrisis period and national economy requirements. The directions of such growth, which conduct nongovernmental pension funds to attraction of additional pension payments and the investment income growth while holding up the appropriate level of funds and their participants safety, are developed and proved.
