Resume

The issues of the formation of an effective model for regional management in retail trade sector are highlighted. With the application of cybernetics and synergy approaches proposed the author’s management model of trade development in regions, the relevant philosophical and methodological framework is substantiated. The main idea of the model is the management orientation on the internal mechanisms of self-organization in the business of selling, account of natural trajectories of its development, definition of resonance zones and points of self-organization. The need for the formation of real inverse relationship between trade and regional control structures is emphasized.
