Resume

Organizational and functional structure of building financial funds activity has been analyzed. Financial and legal relations among participants in building financial funds (constituents, administrators, builders) have been considered. Improvement has been made in operation mechanism of building financial funds through adjustment of system of agreements, rights and duties which fund participants have according to these agreements.
