ResumeArticle deals with the specifcs of the investment attractiveness of the publishing and printing industry in Ukraine and its regions, the current state and development strategy of corporate management companies of publishing and printing industry. A study of the transformation of the publishing and printing business, which resulted in publishing and printing complex has become a publishing and printing industry (PPI) and production business in the printing industry has become functions of the service sector publishers, as is customary in the publishing world practice. As it is accepted in the world of publishing practices that contributed to the work in this area two such species as publishing and printing. The abilities of the leading companies in the region are showed and that all models of publishing and printing companies as to the most promising investment can be considered a model in which publishers have their own printing facilities is found. The main participants of publishing and printing market are: publishing and printing companies, marketing institutions and consumers, producers of publishing materials, education training industry professionals, manufacturers of production equipment facilities and design centers. Copyright and publishing features are: specifc market conditions, failure to comply with the law of supply and demand; features of creative products that are characteristic of innovation; the use of forward contracts; inability to predict the long-term demand; different lengths of the product life cycle; conditions of sale and sale of manufactured products. Developed a strategy of corporate governance that will ensure effcient allocation and use of all available resources and the transition to management through analysis and forecasts. To do this: articulate the vision and perspective of the owners of the frm and its main direction of development (primary strategic objective, mission); set goals and control parameters of business; analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the corporation; identify key success factors and possible threats; develop requirements and evaluation criteria leading activities; identify the major issues in corporate governance and in the external environment; establish common requirements for management subsystems (investment development, organizational development, quality management, planning and cost control, management and accounting, information management software); establish the purpose and general requirements for the use of facilities owned by the corporation. Thus was formed the strategy of corporate governance, which has a close relationship with the activity of publishing and printing of the region and a signifcant impact on their competitiveness.
