ResumeEconomic notion and forms of retail are researched along with its development and improvement directions. The peculiarities of granting the new banking services as acquiring and factoring are examined and the specifics of self-services centers activity are outlined. The perspectives of new technologies introduction into commercial banks of Ukraine and non-traditional banking services use in order to optimize bank expenses and maximize the revenue are defined. The advantages of citizen social card introduction for the population of the region are explained and the perspectives of their introduction at banking platform taking into account the synergy influence of all program complexes (finance, social divisions, municipal engineering system, trade, medical security system account complex), that are to be included to the system of citizen social card, are outlined. In particular, citizen social card advantages for the population of the region are the following: swift and comfortable obtaining of all types of incomes, social payments, etc; swift and comfortable paying for public services; decreasing the cash payment volumes; obtaining the short-term credits; swift and comfortable access to information on calculation and debt on public services payment; obtaining of the multi-function certificate that accelerates service rendering in different public institutions; possibility to obtain additional income in the form of percents charging for the account balance; additional possibility of swift access to all types of bank products granted by the authorized bank. The fact that efficient activity and competitive ability of any bank is maintained by introduction of new socially-oriented services through expanding the retail sphere using the innovative technologies is proved. The research allowed us obtaining information on the services of Internet-banking the clients are most interested in. Special attention should be paid to: scanning the balance of the current card account in real time mode; payment of bills for public services of mobile telephony or Internet network; obtaining information on opened accounts and banking products; transfer of sums between own accounts; payments in national currency; forming of statements on current card accounts for the new period; payment of outstanding loans from own accounts; renewal of withdrawals from deposits; data on exchange rates, financial news.
