In terms of bank’s evaluation the inefficiency of separate use of market and book value ratio, market value and profits ratio and the capitalization and revenue ratio is proven. Factor analysis of financial leverages is conducted, namely the impact of bank capital, financial performance and value of assets on the value of purchased banks is examined.
