The solving of one of the modern scientific-practical problems that represents forming and development of regional transport-logistic systems has been substantiated. It has been determined that the evolution of regional markets’ system can be effective in the conditions of its rational territorial organization according to the concrete social-economical conditions of the region. The main priority for the development of border transport infrastructure and logistics of border region covers: effective implementation of the potential of favorable geographical location of the region, encouragement of efforts towards establishment of international transport corridor, integration into the European transport corridors.
