Trends for the improvement of the national ecological policy in management of recreational nature management are considered. In the process of realisation of mechanism for regulation of use and protection of natural resources is proposed to apply criteria for estimation of instruments choosing that takes into account environmental and economic efficiency of recreational nature management and functional destination of various instruments. With the purpose of supporting environmentally balanced development of recreational and health-improving territories of Ukraine principles for stimulation of the efficient use and conservation of natural recreational resources have been determined.
