Terytorial'na orhanizatsiya rehulyuvannya trudomihratsiynykh protsesiv v umovakh liberalizatsiyi trudovykh vidnosyn [Territorial Principles of Regulation of the Labour Migration Processes in the Conditions of Liberalization of Labour Relations]. Rehional'na ekonomika - Regional Economy, 52(2), 256 p. [in Ukrainian].

It has been shown that social-economic background for migration processes, particularly the labour forces, is imbalance between the demand and supply of the labour forces in the domestic and foreign markets, the wish of some part of the population to improve their job conditions and material welfare, to find the adequate opportunities for their professional self-realization. Today the labour market operation predetermines the reasons and direction of the significant part of the migration flow running in Ukraine and abroad. This process are out of the state control, it is either not regulated at all or this regulation is very insignificant. The domestic migration processes is characterized by outflow from depressive regions and the migration running between a city and a village. The external migration encompasses migration of the labour forces from Ukraine to other countries what refers to the "brain drain", opposite flows of the economic migrants runs from the near and long-distance abroad.
