Resume

Theoretical bases of the forming of investment resources of the region have been considered. The sources of the forming of investment resources of the Volyn region have been studied. Factors influencing on the flow of foreign capital in the region have been determined. Necessity of elaboration of complex regional strategy of attractiveness in of foreign investments has been substantiated.
