The problems of assessment of non-state pension fund (NPF) liquidity are outlined. Particularly the definition of liquidity and its assessment criteria are provided. The possibility of application of asset-liability management in NPF is analyzed. The liquidity assessment system, which is recommended for use for the State Commission of Financial Markets Regulation of Ukraine, investors and participants of non-state pension funds, is presented as the result of the research.
