Approaches to the concept of quality of education at national and world level are outlined; it is indicated that quality of education inseparably from the decision of questions of quality of personnel, programs of teaching, quality of preparation of students, quality of infrastructure and educational environment; as a result of the expert questioning the requirements of employers Chernovtsy to the graduating students of higher institutes are certain; determining is formulated at a reception on work of graduating students institute of higher criteria (fitness of applicant on employment of position; image institute of higher, level of success and personality of applicant on position); given to recommendation on providing of accordance of market of educational services and labour market in a region.
