The research of transformation processes in the models of economic behavior of engineering enterprises of Vinnytsia region is conducted, their dynamic and/or stability are determined. The «economic behavior model – the nature of changes» matrix is formed on the basis of the detected changes in the models of economic behavior of enterprises. The prospects of development of the engineering enterprises under study are described.
