The essence of risk management of international investment projects is determined; risk sources (factors) systematization is offered; risk management international standards ISO 31000:2009 are characterized. Special attention is paid to model of risk management of international investment projects that consists of three stages: risk identification, risk analysis and estimation, the elaboration of risk-management strategy and tactics.
