Resume

The possibilities for assessing the innovative development of the regions of Ukraine by synthetic components are analyzed. The dynamics of innovative development indices alteration of the regions of Ukraine and its components for the period of 2006-2010 is outlined. The static-dynamic typology of regions is proposed.
