The substantiation of elaboration of a technique of determination of a psychological administrative structure and intellectual level of the expert have been submitted, algorithms of determination of the head and intellectual for administrative activity at spheres of majestic management і enterprise activity have been improved. A list of the basic special features of the modern manager has been formulated, actually on determination of which the given technique has been directed.
